Chad McRorie and Hank Strickland built Station 1 Home Watch with a desire to provide their clients with the highest level of care for their homes. Both Chad and Hank are retired Fire Department Chief Officers from Hilton Head Fire Rescue and bring a significant service history of honesty, integrity and respect to both their work ethic and client relations. Station 1 was where Chad and Hank both began their fire service careers and is a fitting name for their next venture.

Chad is a licensed and bonded SC Residential Builder with over 25 years of building experience; Hank is a successful business entrepreneur with significant experience in the homebuilding field. Both Chad and Hank were certified and credentialed for both residential and commercial property inspections by numerous agencies during their fire service careers; their combined knowledge, expertise and experience in all facets of building construction, inspection and hazard prevention allows Station 1 to provide its clients with comprehensive property inspection and maintenance services, offering them peace of mind and the assurance that their property is always in the best possible condition. Station 1 has developed professional partner relationships with local businesses, contractors and suppliers, allowing it to provide exceptional service for its clients.
